Fish with Tomato and Egg Sauce

This is my version of what they call Sarciadong Isda. This is a very simple dish and you can do this from left over fried fish. They normally cook sarciado without the tomato sauce, but I just added that for that extra tomato taste.

Fish with Tomato and Egg Sauce


1/2 kilo fish

3 cloves garlic, sliced

onion, sliced

tomato, cubed

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup tomato sauce

egg, beaten




  1. Fry fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  3. Add water and simmer.
  4. Add beaten egg and simmer until the egg is cooked.
  5. Add tomato sauce and simmer.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
